This statement attributed to Aristotle certainly has withstood the test of time. The world needs excellence from each of us. We must raise the bar on ourselves. We must make a difference. We must not get mired down in mediocrity. We must be innovators, leaders, motivators and mentors. We must work to bring out the best in others not just in ourselves. The world is in need of individuals of high integrity. Be that person when people are watching and even more importantly when no one is watching.
