multipliers


There are countless books out there.  Some are very good.  This is one of the good ones.  I had the opportunity to meet Liz Wiseman a few weeks ago.  She is extremely sharp.  This book discusses how the best leaders make everyone smarter.  How to extract people's full capability.  How to get twice the performance from your team.  Please read the following recap:
